• Any cause of action that the User may have with respect to this Website must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
• These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Where the laws of France are different to the mandatory consumer laws in the User’s own country, we will afford the User with similar protection.
